What's new in the gym?

Since opening our doors in 2021, Tri - Fit has been more than a gym... it's been a place where lives are changed, passions are ignited, and community comes together.  What started as a simple circuit gym has blossomed into so much more, and in just a few short years, we've experienced incredible growth.  Through multiple expansions, we've been able to bring in a wide variety of classes, expert instructors, and innovative offerings like Red Light Therapy - all designed to help every single member become their best version, inside and out.

We believe that a healthy community is a happy community, and our focus is on strengthening not just bodies, but hearts, minds, and spirits.  Every class, every session, and every program is infused with a faith-centered approach reminding us that we are all part of something bigger.  We are grateful beyond measure for the family we've built here and for the overwhelming support from our local community.
